Policy on Handling Complaints

1. Document and investigate complaint. Determine if compliant violates covenants.
2. Send letter or make contact with property owner.
3. Send secondary letter, via certified mail, with reminder and requesting response.
4. Send third letter from attorney, with plan of action.
5. Take further action as deemed within our rights as a board and homeowners association.
