Venmo Payments

Due to the charges assessed by Venmo, we will no longer accept Venmo payments for HOA dues beginning 1/1/2025. We will continue to accept checks, bill payments from your bank, or money orders. Please do not mail cash! If you want to pay with cash, email us at [email protected] for directions.

If you make Venmo payments for your annual dues, please include your name, address, and account number.

The total due to the Tierra HOA is $180.00, so you are responsible for any Venmo charges. Current Venmo charges are $3.60, so the total due is $183.60.
